registry Clutter

Hello,
Can You tell me this: at
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Stream
]there
are many keys containing cabviews and viewview. Are these necessary. If
not i want to get rid of them. I'm on a mission, to learn that registry
and eliminat any and all things not necessary to normal operation of 95.
For Instance, part of a Clutter Document I'm creating has things of this
nature:
                 --------------------------------------------
When you right click on your desktop and pick properties your Display
Properties screen appears. Under Appearance tab|Schemes, determine if
you want all those wild schemes. If not thay can be deleted and clear
approximately 45K. Before you delete them, choose or create at least 1
Scheme and "Save As" (in my case Bud 1).
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Appearance\Schemes]
                 ---------------------------------------------
Remember those "Tips of the day" that appeared when you first install
Win95? If you don't want them any longer and want to clear yet more
Clutter, approximately 5K, you can delete them at:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\Tips]

I would appreciate anything you could tell me, or perhaps there is a
place on the web now I could go to to pursue this project. I've much to
learn.

Thank you in advance,
Bud Allen
