See You See A Librarian final report

I have (finally) written the final report for the See You See A Librarian
Project. The report can be read at:

In a sentence, the Project was a qualified success. While the Project
did not do very much to improve library services, it did raise the level
of awareness for video conferencing technologies in libraries.
