Web forms question

    John, 
    I don't really know HTML but how hard is it to develop 
    these forms and have responses sent to you via email? I am 
    going to teach an 8-week library internet course midMarch 
    and want to use forms with responses sent to me via 
    email;however our college tech people say it is 
    timeconsuiming and difficult and they don't want to do it 
    for me??
