w3launch error in Netscape 2.0+

I know this topic has been discussed in the past but I can't find any
solutions in the archives....

I am trying to link to my networked CD-ROMs via a web page using w3launch,
everything appears to be set up correctly on the browser side, but when I
try to open the link I receive the following Netscape errors:

	"Unable to open the file for writing" 

	"Failed to create temp file!" 

If no one can suggest a solution for this problem, then other options for
liking to my CDs (on a Windows NT server running CD-Net 2.0) would be
greatly appreciated.
