Web site mapping software

In the Spring of 1995 we discussed web site mapping and management
software.       

Since then, are any of you using site mapping and link management software?


If so, what are you recommending?  I am in a Windows 3.1 and Novell Netware
environment.

I have become webmaster for an intranet site with over 2300 files and I
have no idea what links to what and which documents are not linked to at
all.  We are not using an http server to run this intranet site.

Any help is appreciated.
