Hello,

I have been involved in WWW development for about six months, and am
moving to a new job that will provide opportunities for more technical WWW
development work (perl scripting, etc). 

I'm wondering what "tools" others find useful to keep up with WWW development
issues:

- what URLS do you regularly visit?
- what other discussion groups do you participate in?
- what journals do you regularly read?
- what conferences are most useful?
- what professional organizations do you belong to?

Also, any recommenations for books, etc on perl (I'm a programmer in my 
former life)?
