This Forum was established in March 1996 by the Coombs Computing Unit,
Research School of Social Sciences, ANU to provide a world-wide
communications vehicle and a central electronic archive for exchange
of information dealing with the criteria, guidelines, standards and
operational procedures for evaluation, development and management of
high quality online, especially WWW, information resources. The forum
