Conference Speakers Wanted

I'm putting together a conference program for the Vermont Library 
Association and would like to bring together a panel of people who can 
discuss innovative ways they are using the Web to provide library services.
Of special interest are bibliograhic instruction applications, html 
interfaces to z39.50 and reference services.  The conference will be in 
Burlington, VT on May 16 & 17.  The audience will be comprised largely of 
public librarians, many of whom are just now learning about the Web.  If
