I submitted a posting PACS-L that was rejected as out-of-scope.  Attached to
the response from the list moderator was an extensive document "Library
Oriented Lists and Electronic Serials" by Steve Bonario (SBonario at uh.edu)
and Ann Thornton (AThornton at uh.edu).  The listservs are presented
alphabetically and by subject.  You can probably acquire a copy by writing
Ann or Steve.
