The list was edited to remove the more obviously open ended.  

The Library Gazebo Kiosk offers WWW access to many fine resources in a
controlled environment.  If there is demand, I'll be happy to add others.

Some may point to the page because the background is kind of cute.  

If the choice is between selected resources and no public access, I think
the second instance is the more "heavy handed."

I appreciate Carole's efforts to modify Netscape, but I also think that many
more librarians would be able to follow the simple steps I have suggested.
