Netscape-Reducing the functionality?

I, too, have just downloaded Netscape 2.0b3 and have been very frustrated 
with its handling of caching.  (I have no proxies set and cache = 0).  So 
I can only echo the comments of another web4lib subscriber: "It also did 
some very strange things with the cache option.  It kept loading
the cached pages, not my modified pages, despite NS's claims to the 
contrary."
